Andalusia
Known as the Frying Pan of Spain, due to the scorching temperatures it reaches in summer, it is a land of flamenco, tapas and wines: from Sherry (English-style) or Jerez (Spanish-style) to Cartojal to the Orange Wine typical of the province of Huelva. To these are added soda-like drinks such as Rebujito and Tinto de Verano. These are all essential drinks when you are in Andalusia, and we Explorers certainly didn’t eschew any of them. However, here we abandoned the rules and concentrated on the exceptions, and what exceptions they were!
