VINIFICATION
Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels, it matures on its lees with weekly batonnage.
ON THE PALATE
Tasting of flowers, tropical fruits and cheesecake, it is soft and complex in the mouth before settling into a long, creamy finish. It possesses all the finesse typical of its variety.
