VINIFICATION
Macerated and fermented with the stalks and aged for 16 months in 500-litre barrels of seasoned oak, with a naturally sweet wine from the Axarquia region, Málaga.
ON THE PALATE
Purplish red in colour. The nose is complex, subtle and fragrant, with aromas of freshly cut grass, dark berries and a hint of cinnamon. On the palate it is fresh, light and with a lingering finish.
