VINIFICATION
Traditional whole-grape fermentation in must, spontaneous fermentation, followed by aging for over 18 months in 300 litre barrels 50% new and 50% used, and then bottled unfiltered.

ON THE PALATE
With a ruby-red heart, it sparkles in the glass. The nose arrives revealing fresh autumn leaves, mint, violets, bourbon vanilla, porcini mushrooms, roasted hazelnuts and coffee. Delicate fruity notes of red and black berries and sour cherries. The palate is powerful and concentrated, with elegant and stimulating acidity, a silky, dense tannic structure and great persistence with plenty of freshness.
