VINIFICATION
Traditional fermentation in must with 100% whole grapes. Spontaneously fermented and matured in old 300-litre barrels for over 24 months. Bottled unfiltered.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it appears dark with a deep red core. The nose smells of violets, thyme, juniper wood, bay leaves, black pepper, accompanied by redcurrants and blackcurrants, sour cherries and plum compote. The palate is lively with excellent balance, thanks to its ripe acidity, fine fruit, velvety tannic structure and excellently integrated wood. The length is amazing.

It may be trite to say ‘any and all’ but, in the presence of such a multifaceted bottle, we are quite prepared to take a gamble. Just remember one thing: take time to savour each and every moment of its incredible length.
