ON THE PALATE
The nose arrives with hints of pepper, thyme and juniper. The fruity aroma reveals notes of redcurrant, bergamot, blood orange and ripe peach. The palate is lively, with a powerful, tight structure. The acidity is lively, with an iodine-salty minerality.
