VINIFICATION
All grapes are hand-picked into 18 kg crates. Maceration takes place cold in the winery, with spontaneous fermentation and post-maceration on the skins for 32 days. It is then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, 90% neutral and 10% new.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye, it is an intense ruby-purple colour. The nose exhibits aromas of dark fruits, subtle herbaceous notes and black liquorice. On the palate it reveals concentrated ripe fruit contrasting with powerful but well-rounded tannins. It finishes with a peppery and persistent finish.
