VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 18kg containers. Partial destemming of the grapes takes place at the same time as the whole bunch, maceration lasts 40 days. It is then aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a light ruby-purple colour. The nose is open, with notes of red fruit and balsamic aromas. On the palate it is steady with persistent tannins and expresses itself with volume, structure and great depth.
