Pinot Noir Rose

FOR US IS EXTRAORDINARY BECAUSE

Full-bodied and complex,
it reveals a strong, minerally character.

CATEGORY
Rosé.

YIELD
2.908 bottles.

GRAPES
Pinot Noir.

HARVEST
By hand.

VINIFICATION
Macerated for a few hours in an open press, then fermented in steel vats and aged on the sediment for 10 months. Unfiltered.

ON THE PALATE
Coppery pink to the eye. Aromas of grapefruit, blood orange and red fruits distinguish themselves to the nose with all the piquancy of citrus fruits. On the palate it is complex, well structured, with a strong mineral character. Dry, with a long, minerally finish.

EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
Don't overthink it. Open it. Pour it. Enjoy it. Every now and then, a little determination is called for. And this wine will offer you its own.

Sommelier review

Curiosity to taste a Polish wine, rosé made from Pinot Noir, enraptured me immediately. Notes of wild strawberries, pomegranate, pink grapefruit and wild herbs emerge from the glass.
