VINIFICATION
Fermentation in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered. Maturation for 10 months in used barriques primarily made of French oak then, following blending, ageing in steel vats for 8 months.
ON THE PALATE
Dark red to the eye. The nose displays aromas of red fruits, flowers, forest leaves, dried fruit and leather. On the palate it is elegant, soft, slightly smoky and with a good underlying acidity.
