VINIFICATION
100% vibro de-stemming and crushing. Aged 20% in new 500-litre French oak barrels and 80% for 9 months in two-year-old used barrels. Harvested by hand from 8 September to 3 October.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a clear ruby red. The nose expresses natural acidity with notes of violets, black spice and wet granite. The palate is persistent, with surprising complexity.
EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
When all you need is the light, colours and unmistakable scents of Portugal. In between sips, if you listen carefully, you will also hear the melancholic notes of a Fado in the background.
