VINIFICATION
Aged 40% in used 500-litre French oak barrels, 40% in cement Tulipe tanks and 20% in stainless steel tanks for 7 months.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a beautiful straw yellow. The nose is complex and elegant, exhibiting vegetal and floral aromas. On the palate it has a silky structure and remarkable depth revealing great freshness, with a long and persistent finish.
