VINIFICATION
100% de-stemmed using vibration and aged for 12 months in new 500-litre French oak barrels. Pruning in March, balanced ripening during the mild, fresh summer, free from any hydric stress, careful control of the phenolic ripening of the grapes.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a very dark red. The nose is complex, elegant, fresh and well structured. The palate reveals aromas of well-ripened red and black fruits, wood and dark chocolate. The aftertaste is long and persistent.
