Fermentation in cement vats and maturation on the lees for 8/9 months without batonage or filtration.
ON THE PALATE
Straw yellow to the eye. The nose arrives with a minerally character, remarkable fruit flavours and subtle floral aromas. On the palate it is extremely minerally, with well-integrated acidity and an elegant, deep body.
