VINIFICATION
Plants dating back to 1969. 100% destemmed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins for 35 days and ageing for 16 months in old barrels.
ON THE PALATE
Deep ruby red in colour, medium concentration, almost ripe black fruit with forest notes. A full-bodied, concentrated wine with a pleasing freshness and a lingering structure on the finish.
