VINIFICATION
Around 30% of the bunches are fermented whole, while the remaining 70% are gently destemmed and gravity-fed into fermentation tanks. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts is followed by a 35-day maceration, before the wine matures for 16 months in barrels.
ON THE PALATE
Bright ruby red in colour with delicate garnet reflections. The nose is refined and expressive, revealing notes of ripe plum intertwined with hints of tobacco and subtle spice. On the palate, it opens with balance and a medium-bodied profile, supported by a vibrant freshness. Its structure gradually unfolds, revealing depth and complexity. The finish is long and elegant, marked by well-defined tannins that underscore the wine's distinctive character.
EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
An impromptu dinner that stretches late into the night. The right friends gathered around the table. A bottle opened “just for a glass” that empties far too quickly.
This is the wine for the evenings you never planned to remember.
