ON THE PALATE

To the eye it is straw yellow with golden flashes. The nose is fine and extremely elegant. It expresses itself with seductive white flowers, pear and peach, a light note of eucalyptus, citrus and Mediterranean scrub aromas, tempered with a subtle marine scent.
The palate is succulent and incisive; clean and deep. Pure and mineral, it has a nice tension. It closes with a long, savoury finish with hints of flint and verbena.

EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
Take your time. Firstly, to ensure the bottle isn’t overly chilled. Then, to relax and discover its identity, little by little, as it slowly opens up. A bottle that knows it is only one of 800, it demands and deserves your fullest attention.

Sommelier review

The revival of centuries-old vineyards and the recovery of indigenous grape varieties move Riccardo and Adeline's credo in this territory as fascinating as it is difficult. In “Amante dei Venti,” there is all this strength and more: rough and sweet Mediterraneanness that conquers the palate.
