It preserves the aromas of low-lying plants, typical of the Mediterranean bush: thyme, rosemary, laurel and wild rocket.

VINIFICATION
Variety by variety, 25-day maceration with remontage, maturation for 24 months with racking every 4 months (60% in tank, 40% in wood).
ON THE PALATE
The aroma of black fruits is so dense that one can imagine them as candied, with blackberries, cherries and morello cherries candied in brandy. The palate leaves no doubt as to the wonderful sunshine the grapes have enjoyed.
In the mouth, one finds density and balance.
