You would never guess such a wine comes from the south of France.
It comes from an experiment by Robert (the grandfather of the two current owners) with the Semillon grape variety.

GRAPES
Dominance of Semillon and Roussane, followed by Grenache and Clairette.
HARVEST
By hand in crates.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest, soft pressing. Grapes fermented separately in oak barrels, maturation and bâtonnage on the lees for 12 months.
ON THE PALATE
Lively, complex, structured. In addition to aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, it has hints of toasted bread and buttered brioche.
