VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation for 2 months in oak barrels from the woodlands of the Vosges and Allier, utilizing indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is added in spring, with an aging period of 18 to 22 months.
ON THE PALATE
The bouquet is an immersion of fruit and flowers, persistent and complex.
