VINIFICATION
In stainless steel tanks for 5 months.
ON THE PALATE
Coral-coloured to the eye. The nose is complex and elegant, displaying a clean, crisp tension, with discreet aromas of jasmine, peach and grapefruit. The palate is suave and subtle, with aromas of Mediterranean fruit, and a saline, minerally lingering finish.
