VINIFICATION
In stainless steel tanks for 3 months and then in oak barrels, with medium-long maturation, for 12 months.

ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is brilliant in colour, with white gold reflections. The nose reveals subtle aromas of rhubarb, fresh lemon and liquorice. On the palate it expresses great finesse and a soft roundness, with a fresh and persistent jasmine finish.
