VINIFICATION
Matured in wooden barrels, with half of the grapes maturing in 5-hectolitre barrels and the other half in barriques.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a delicate dark red. The nose arrives with aromas of ripe red fruit, blueberries and dragon's blood plums. On the palate it reveals hints of raspberry and nuances resulting from ageing in wooden barrels. The structure is full and full-bodied.
