VINIFICATION
Fermented on the lees in horizontal stainless-steel tanks of 250 to 1000 litres and in 228-litre barrels, where it is aged for a total of 11 months.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a crystal clear, straw yellow colour. The nose is intense, with notes of citrus fruits, orange peel and hints of iodine and gunpowder. The palate is fresh and structured, with a creamy texture, mid-palate concentration, good freshness and a lingering finish.
