À PARTE Tinto
It is a different wine: distinct and unto itself.
An elegant red, unusual and stimulating, with a complex aromatic bouquet.
CATEGORY
Red.
GRAPES
Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet.
HARVEST
By hand, in small chests.
VINIFICATION
Gently crushed and pressed to extract all aromas, colour and flavour. Fermentation for 12 months in French oak barrels. Once bottled, it then rests again for at least 12 months.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it displays dark colour tones. The nose reveals hints of black fruit, almonds and toasted bread. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a complex, persistent, delicate and unexpectedly fresh, aromatic profile.
EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
While it is a deceptive wine, because its dark colour would never suggest such freshness, it will never betray you. Put it to the test to accompany a great dinner.
