VINIFICATION
Grapes sourced from 0.3 hectares in Contrada Crasà, in full compliance with DOC regulations, on Etna's northern slope (650 a.s.l.). Vinification begins with destemming; thereafter, a 12-day maceration on the skins in vats without temperature control is followed by a gentle pressing. Refining takes place for 4 months in steel vats, then for 10 months in regenerated oak barrels, before a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
ON THE PALATE
With a complex, well-rounded and aromatic profile, it displays notes of ripe red fruit, spices and minerality. Every note of the terroir it comes from can be discerned. On the palate it is elegant, well-balanced and persistent.
EVENTS IT MAKES MAGICAL
On a hot, sunny afternoon, seated beneath the cooling shade of a pergola, it will regale you with all the scents and colours of Sicily. Fresh, precise, direct and, above all, unforgettable.
This young and talented producer recovered his grandfather's land in 2020. In a short time, he has managed to obtain an excellent product and unique organoleptic results for an area-that of Etna-increasingly appreciated in the wine world.
