VINIFICATION
Harvested from September 6th to October 10th, 100% destemmed and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Bottled in June 2022.
ON THE PALATE
Deep red to the eye. The nose is complex and fresh, rich in minerality, blue fruits and spicy notes. On the palate it is intense and deep, with a firm structure and a very focused mouth-feel.
