VINIFICATION
Sixty days of maceration, three years on the lees in stainless steel and five months in the bottle.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a deep garnet red. The nose is clean and elegant, with a smoky note conferred by its three years on the lees. On the palate, in spite of the high alcohol content, it is fresh, almost reminiscent of a French wine. It is at its best when given the chance to evolve.
