HARVESTING
Rigorously and lovingly by hand.
One at a time, each bunch of grapes is delicately placed in baskets with the utmost care.
VINIFICATION
Between 18 and 21 months (depending on the year) in oak barrels.
ON THE PALATE
Opulent, powerful and structured, with a flavour of bramble wood, blackberries and spices.
