VINIFICATION
Fermentation takes place spontaneously, followed by 40 days of maceration. Thereafter, it is aged for 8 months in used French-oak barrels.
ON THE PALATE
To the eye it is a brilliant, purple ruby colour. The nose is intense, with dark red fruits, musk and minerally hints of charcoal. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, with an abundance of concentration and complexity. The acidity is ever present, the tannins are persistent and the finish is long and lingering.
