HARVEST
Exclusively by hand. The bunches are placed one by one into brente (ribbed wooden panniers) and brought down the mountain on the shoulders.
VINIFICATION
In Clayver, or ceramic barrels. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with whole grapes.
ON THE PALATE
A wine expressing the very essence of Nebbiolo. Light but brilliantly complex, slowly revealing itself over time and showing its nuances on the palate. Perfumed aromas of rose and strawberry, followed by great complexity and structure on the palate. Flavours of red fruits such as cherry and a hint of liquorice.
